CONNECTED BY NATURE  is for you if you’re longing to...

  • slow down and return to a softer rhythm

  • reconnect with your body, breath and inner wisdom

  • feel held in a gentle, heart-centred space

  • rest deeply and nourish your nervous system

  • explore movement, stillness and simple spiritual practice

  • listen inward and meet yourself with more clarity and compassion

  • bring more intention, presence and meaning into your day-to-day life

  • spend time in nature and root back into something steadier

  • spend time away from technology and the outside world

  • leave feeling clearer, calmer and more connected to your own path

* experience level

a basic level of yoga experience is needed — simply enough familiarity with simple postures and breathwork to feel comfortable in your body as we move together.

meditation and reflective practices will be offered in soft, accessible ways, so if these feel new, you’re gently encouraged to approach them with openness and curiosity.

* a note on our space

this weekend is a tender invitation inward — a chance to reconnect with yourself, your spirituality, and your inner landscape without pressure or expectation.

the spaces we share together are held with care, confidentiality and respect.
what is opened, expressed or felt within our circles stays within the group, so everyone can soften, feel safe and be witnessed without judgement.

all you need to bring is an open heart and a willingness to soften into the moment.

about holwell holistic retreat centre

nestled within a quiet hollow of north devon, holwell holistic will be our home for the weekend.  a cosy farmhouse held by soft fields, woodland paths and wide, open skies. a peaceful, grounding place where the pace naturally slows.

you’ll sleep in beautifully styled, comfort-filled rooms, share warm meals around the farmhouse table, and move through each day at a spacious, gentle rhythm, supported by the ease and warmth of the space around you.

our morning practices will unfold in the eco-converted wellness shala, complete with underfloor heating — an intimate, grounding space created for movement, stillness and deep restoration.

in the evenings, we’ll gather inside the art barn - a beautiful, open studio with large windows and a wood-burning stove. here, our candlelit restorative practices will guide us to soften with warmth and quiet reflection.

between sessions, the land invites you to wander: quiet woodland, an open orchard, tucked-away corners to rest, and a beautiful stone circle, all offering soft moments of reflection and gentle reconnection.

holwell holistic is earthy, nurturing and quietly luxurious — a sanctuary chosen so you can soften, feel held, and return to yourself in the peaceful rhythm of nature.
