Yes! All my classes are designed to be welcoming for beginners. You don't need any prior knowledge about Yoga or any experience in movement or exercise—I embrace you just as you are! My classes cater to individuals of all abilities, encompassing a diverse range of bodies, ages, and skill levels.

Do I need to be flexible to practice yoga?

Not at all! Flexibility is not a necessity for practicing Yoga. While Yoga can enhance mobility and flexibility, these are additional benefits rather than the primary goal of Yoga.

Fun fact—despite practicing Yoga for over a decade, I still can't touch my toes! We all have unique bodies, and some poses that work for you might be different from those that work for me. Remember, Yoga is never about comparison or competition. It's a personal journey where the focus is entirely on yourself.

Rest assured, I'll be here to guide and support you through your practice, no matter your level of flexibility!

what do i need to bring to class?

I provide Yoga mats, blocks, and blankets, so feel free to leave yours at home! However, if you have preferred equipment such as your own mat, blocks, straps, blankets, cushions, or bolsters, please bring them along for your comfort.

I want you to feel completely at ease! Additionally, remember to bring water for hydration, and as for clothing, opt for comfortable clothes that allow easy movement. Layering is also a good idea to ensure you're neither too warm nor too cold during the session.
