Class description
Yoga & Sound - A mix of Restorative Yoga and Crystal Sound bowl relaxation, held at the beautiful Studio 9 Wellbeing. Once monthly - Friday evening 7 - 8:30pm *- To book, please visit studio9wellbeing.com -* (Please Note * Bookings or payment can not be taken for this class through my website. Energy Centre -Yoga with Krista's Memberships do not cover this class) CLASS DECRIPTION: We mix gentle flows, Yin Yoga or Yoga Nidra with the live playing of crystal bowls. Then stay for a cuppa if you wish, before floating home.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure an optimal experience for everyone, please note that we now require a minimum of two participants for a class to run. Unfortunately, if only one booking is received, the class will not be able to proceed. In such cases, we will notify you in advance and offer alternatives or a full refund. If you are unable to attend a class you've booked, please inform us as soon as possible so we can open the space to another student. While we cannot offer refunds or reschedule bookings under these circumstances, you are welcome to gift your spot to a friend or family member. If you choose to do so, please email or message us with their details Thank you for your understanding!
