moon devotion is a lunar gathering held in alignment with the cycles of the moon. each session begins with (optional) ceremonial cacao, followed by gentle, intentional movement, reflection and prompted journaling on the quality of the full / new moon, and ends with deep rest. these gatherings are an invitation to slow down, to listen inwardly, and to be held — by the body, the breath, and la luna herself. moon devotion is offered on selected moons throughout the year, when space allows for true presence.
