come and celebrate 6 years of energy centre with us! expect a fun, but relaxed energy as we share yoga, cake, cups of warming chai and connection. and you will be lucky enough to receive a beautiful crystal sound bath from clear spaces studios wonderful owner, zoe. this offering is my way of saying THANK YOU to each and every soul that has trusted me and my services over the last 6 years! flow of the day: ~ 1:30pm - yang to yin yoga (limited to 15 spaces) ~ 2:30pm - cake, chai and celebrations ~ 3:30pm - crystal sound bath ~ 4:30pm - closing tickets are only £6 and all tickets include birthday celebrations, cake, chai and the sound bath. if you would like to attend yang to yin yoga, please select this as a FREE add-on at checkout when booking your space. the yoga add-on is FREE, but there are only 15 spaces available, so be quick! if you don't select the yoga add-on, you will simply arrive from 2:30pm for the celebrations and sound bath. :: i am so excited to spend this love filled afternoon with you! weather you've practiced with me once before or come every week, you are so welcome here! this is going to be a special one!
