Class description
Join us for a fun-filled flow, focused on bringing joy and light to the body and mind while connecting to one another for our final Hatha Class before Christmas. Stay a little longer after class to enjoy a mince pie and a glass of Nosecco to kick-start the festive feeling, and walk home with a handy Xmas gift! (P.S. Feel free to wear your Christmas jumpers or any other festive wear, as long as it won't restrict your movement) 🥂🎅🏼🎄❄️💫

Cancellation Policy
To ensure an optimal experience for everyone, please note that we now require a minimum of two participants for a class to run. Unfortunately, if only one booking is received, the class will not be able to proceed. In such cases, we will notify you in advance and offer alternatives or a full refund. If you are unable to attend a class you've booked, please inform us as soon as possible so we can open the space to another student. While we cannot offer refunds or reschedule bookings under these circumstances, you are welcome to gift your spot to a friend or family member. If you choose to do so, please email or message us with their details Thank you for your understanding!
