Escape the chill of Winter and indulge in an evening dedicated to rest, renewal, and tranquillity. Hibernate & Heal is a Restorative Yoga workshop designed to help you unwind and embrace the stillness of the season. Perfect for anyone seeking a deeper sense of calm and rejuvenation this Winter. Where and When: Date: Saturday January 25th, 2025 Time: 6 - 8:30pm Location: Clear Space Studios, King Street, Hereford Whatโs Included: ๐งโโ๏ธ Restorative Yoga: Soothing, fully supported Yoga poses to release tension and find balance ๐ Guided Relaxation & Meditation: A calming visualisation and a focusing meditation to renew your energy and bring peace to your mind ๐ฏ๏ธ Cosy Winter Treats: End the evening with warming teas, delicious cakes, and serene vibes What to bring: Warm layers or cosy socks to keep comfortable. To ensure an optimal experience for everyone, please note that we now require a minimum of two participants for a class to run. Unfortunately, if only one booking is received, the class will not be able to proceed. In such cases, we will notify you in advance and offer alternatives or a full refund. If you are unable to attend a class you've booked, please inform us as soon as possible so we can open the space to another student. While we cannot offer refunds or reschedule bookings under these circumstances, you are welcome to gift your spot to a friend or family member.
